Urszula White

Urszula White serves as the Head of People and Culture at Clive Owen LLP since September 2025, focusing on strategies that promote an inclusive and high-performing workplace through talent management and employee engagement. Prior to this, Urszula held various roles at Hiscox from August 2015 to September 2025, including People Delivery Partner, Head of HR (maternity cover), HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor, contributing to key projects like Job Architecture and DEI efforts. Earlier experience includes the role of HR Advisor & Administration Manager at Archbishop Holgate's School, overseeing HR functions for a large educational institution. Urszula holds a Level 7 Diploma and Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Certificate of Recruitment Practice, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Liverpool John Moores University.
