Francisco Mendes

Francisco Mendes has experience as a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cliveden House. Prior to that, Francisco held various positions at Shaun Rankin Restaurant at Grantley Hall, including Head Waiter, Chef de Rang, and Commis Waiter. Francisco also worked as a Food And Beverage Assistant at Cliveden House. Currently, Francisco is pursuing a II Sommelier degree at Wine & Spirit Education Trust, after completing their education at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
