Kshitij Dua

Kshitij Dua is a seasoned legal operations professional with extensive experience in leading legal functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Operations at HashiCorp since July 2020, Kshitij also holds advisory roles with the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium and the Legal Innovators Network. Prior experience includes directing operations at Outcome Health, where Kshitij established scalable processes for contract management and negotiations, and serving in pivotal roles at SNG & Partners, K&L Gates Straits Law, Opportunity International, and ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included managing complex commercial transactions and legal operations for regional operations in Southeast Asia. Kshitij holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA.LLB (Hons) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
