Heather Gray has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather started their career in 2008 as a Tour Guide and Visitor Engagement at Manchester Museum. Heather then worked as a Stylist at Kurt Geiger for over a year. In 2011, Heather joined GovNet, where they initially worked as a Media Sales Executive and later became the Corporate Sales Manager and Head of In-House Development. During their time at GovNet, they played a key role in sales, marketing strategy, team management, and product development.

In 2015, Heather joined Partnership Media Group as a Corporate Sales Expo. Heather then moved on to Avensure Ltd, where they worked as an Events Team Leader and later as a Corporate Partnerships Manager. Their responsibilities at Avensure included organizing educational seminars and building partnerships with referral partners and corporate leaders.

In 2017, Heather founded Business Sorority UK, a group focused on the personal and professional development of young women in their careers. Alongside this, they also served as the Director of Heather Gray Events, where they honed their event management skills.
