Louellen Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2017. In 2000, they worked as a Laboratory Technician and Research and Development at Swiss Dental Center. In 2001, they worked as a Quality Assurance Associate at Amgen and as a Chemical Analyst at Creek Environmental Laboratories. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at FzioMed, Inc. as a Quality Management Systems Specialist. During this time, they were responsible for mechanical and substantive editing of technical reports, validations, software and process validations, and quality test procedures. Louellen was also the primary technical writer for Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Audit documents. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Haute On Vintage as Co-Founder, Chief of Marketing, and Product Officer. During this time, they designed and deployed the company's website and blog, managed inventory functions, and authored for the company blog. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at K2 Collective Inc. as Head of Futuring, where they were the chief innovator of internal processes and marketing funnel constructs. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been working at Clockwork Recruiting as Head of Customer Success. In this role, they have designed, implemented, staffed, and managed critical and supportive processes for an effective customer onboarding, ongoing, and offboarding experience.

Louellen Jensen attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Biotechnology. In 2011 and 2013, they obtained a Masters in Marketing from Mindful Marketing Academy with a focus on Direct Response Marketing. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist certification from DigitalMarketer in January 2017 and a Certified Content Marketing Specialist certification from DigitalMarketer in July 2016.
