Donovan Kerbaugh

Donovan Kerbaugh is an experienced operations manager and engineer with a diverse background in manufacturing and project management. At Clopay Corporation since July 2009, Donovan has successfully held positions as Regional Operations Manager and Distribution Center Manager, focusing on employee safety and operational efficiency. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Design Project member at Boeing, where industry-specific lean initiatives were developed, and as an Industrial Engineer Intern at GE Aviation, contributing to quality control processes that reduced waste. Donovan's career began in the United States Air Force, where a pivotal role as a Weapons Loader and Maintainer was established. Academically, Donovan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and an Associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
