Carmel Greenberg

Carmel Greenberg is an experienced winemaker currently in the role of Winemaker at Clos du Val Winery since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Winemaker at Italics Winegrowers and Dominus Estate, where responsibilities also encompassed lab management. Carmel's career began as an Enologist at Buccella and included a role as Harvest Enologist. Early experience in the wine industry includes a Harvest Lab Internship at Cakebread Cellars and a Cellar Internship at Rosenblum Cellars. Carmel holds a B.S. in Viticulture & Enology from the University of California, Davis, and a B.A. in Interior Design from the Holon Institute of Technology.
