Oliver Rooke

Oliver Rooke has extensive work experience in the legal field. Oliver started their career at Linklaters in 2000, where they served as a Managing Associate for over a decade. In 2012, they joined Close Brothers as a Banking Legal Counsel and eventually became the Head of Bank Legal, responsible for supporting the Treasury and Commercial divisions. In 2019, they took on the additional role of Group Head of Legal Operations, advising on legal resource management and strategy. Oliver has provided guidance on various material transactions, new projects, and legal risk issues throughout their career.

Oliver Rooke attended the University of Cambridge from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Law. Oliver pursued this degree at Queens' College.
