Paul Grout

Paul Grout is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT asset management and software licensing. Currently serving as Head of IT Asset Management at Close Brothers since February 2019, Paul specializes in software licensing and has previously held roles such as Software Licensing Management Specialist at AXA UK and IT Asset & Configuration Manager at Just Retirement, where responsibilities included managing a budget of approximately £10 million per year. Paul's career began at Currys as a Store Manager, progressing through various positions including Client Manager at Equanet and Account Director at Shift F7, where high-end IT solutions were provided to corporate clients. Paul holds a BA Hons in Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
