Jennifer Rodgers

Jennifer Rodgers has extensive experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement. Jennifer began their career as the Director of Patient Safety, Quality & Risk Management at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in 2006 and held this position until 2013. Following this, they worked at the Canadian Patient Safety Institute as a Patient Safety Improvement Lead from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Services at Closing the Gap Healthcare, which they started in 2017.

Jennifer Rodgers has a Masters of Health Sciences in Administration from the University of Toronto. Jennifer also holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
