André Coser

André Coser has been with Closure Systems International for six years and four months, and is currently the GM of CSI South America. Prior to CSI, André worked for Puratos as the Latin America General Operations Manager, responsible for the entire Latin American Operations Management team including Trade, Purchasing, Sales and Operations Planning, Quality, Production, Warehouse, Projects and Maintenance, and also Warehouse Management (Raw Material and Finished Goods). André was with COESIA GROUP for three years and eight months as the Latin America Operations Director, responsible for Latin America Operations Management including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Technical Service and Development & Research. André also participated in the First CEO LAB at COESIA Group in CHINA - Shangai city, which included 25 Top Leaders within COESIA Group Worldwide. André was responsible for Continuous Improvement Methodology Implementation including Best Practices Development for COESIA Group such as Door to Door Process, Supply Chain Cell Implementation, Supplier Development Process and others. André has a total of seven years of management experience and is currently with Tetra Pak Ltda as the World Class Manufacturing Manager at Greater Middle East.

André Coser holds a Master's degree from the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in Coaching (2017 - 2017), a World Class Manufacturing expert certification from the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (2010 - 2010), and a Master's degree in Continous Improvement from EFESO INSTITUTE (2002 - 2005). André is a member of the Global Development Team at EFESO Institute and has experience in Operations Management, Industrial and Quality Engineering, and Focused Improvement Process Modules.
