Siddhant Kumar Behera has a diverse work experience in the field of account management and recruitment. Siddhant started their career at Cryptograph Technologies as an IT Recruiter, where they gained expertise in recruitment life cycle and conducted searches on various job portals and social media platforms. Siddhant then joined TechJini as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter, where they developed and implemented effective recruitment strategies. Later, they worked at Integra Micro Software Services as a Recruitment Lead, building strong relationships with hiring managers. Currently, Siddhant is working at Cloud BC Labs as an Account and Client Success Manager, collaborating with different teams to generate revenue and support business objectives.
