Senior Account Manager at Cloud Coach

John Clarkson has over nine years of professional work experience. John began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Al's Formal Wear. In 2012, they moved on to become a Sales Consultant at Telstra Business Centre Richmond. In 2014, they joined Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker and was promoted to Senior Personal Banker in the same year. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Consultant at Bankwest. In 2018, they joined Cloud Coach as a Senior Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for strategizing client retention and growth with strategic accounts, demoing product webinars, overseeing and conducting partner training, mitigating customer risk, and training Product Specialist interns. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Simplus.

John Clarkson attended Mountain View High School from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a High School degree. John then attended Hillsong International Leadership College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Diploma of Ministry in Youth Ministry. Finally, they attended Colorado State University from 2011 to 2015, where they studied History. John has also obtained two additional certifications, the Cloud Coach Certified Administrator from Cloud Coach in September 2020 and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in October 2019.
