Erica M. Smith

Erica M. Smith is an accomplished recruitment and growth specialist with extensive experience in the dental industry. Currently serving as a Fractional Recruiting Consultant at Hireflow Pro since June 2023, Erica has also co-founded and directs growth initiatives at Cloud Dentistry since October 2015. Previously, Erica held the role of Director of Talent and Growth at Complete Specialty Solutions from September 2021 to July 2023 and worked as a Dental Hygiene Clinical Coordinator at Matthews and Dai, Pediatric Dental Care from June 2012 to January 2016. Erica's career began as a Registered Dental Assistant at Guthrie from June 2010 to May 2012. Erica holds a degree in Registered Dental Assisting from Tyler Junior College and has additional educational experience at Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
