Iva Milanovic

Iva Milanovic is the current HR Manager at Cloud Horizon. Iva was previously an intern at Delhaize Serbia from September 2016 to March 2017, where they were responsible for talent management and hiring. During their time at Delhaize Serbia, Iva ran the selection process for positions in retail and the main office, as well as the full life cycle selection process for the Scholarship program and Brand Ambassador program. Additionally, they created activities within the Brand Ambassador program and monitored the talent programs and young talents development (Retail Management Traineeship and International Graduate Trainee Program). Iva also promoted Delhaize Serbia as an employer via social networks and various events, and cooperated with student organisations in order to promote the company.

Iva Milanovic has a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy. Iva also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same school. In addition, they have certification from TIM Centar in Recruitment and Selection Training and from Tim Centar in Training for Trainers "Learn to teach others".

Iva Milanovic reports to Dragoslav Kotorac, CEO. Iva Milanovic works with Nevena Stojanovic - Operations Manager, Jovana Kovac - Project Manager, and Aleksandra Simovic - Marketing Manager.
