Clayton Farrar has a comprehensive work experience history in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they held positions in the US Army, including Fire Direction Officer, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, and Brigade Adjutant. During their time in the Army, they demonstrated leadership skills and achieved high readiness ratings. From 2016 to 2018, Clayton served as a Battalion Signal Officer and Signal Company Commander, managing communications networks and assets for an Armored Brigade Combat Team. Clayton planned, resourced, and led network support operations during a deployment to Korea, managing $42 million of assets. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Manager at Love's Travel Stops, where they executed daily tasks and maintained weekly sales. Clayton then joined Sam Houston State University as an Information Technology Project Manager III in 2020. In this role, they managed construction and software projects, developed project plans and schedules, and provided regular updates and status reports. During their tenure, they completed both PMP and CSM certifications. Currently, Clayton holds the position of Project Manager at Cloud Ingenuity, starting in 2022.

Clayton Farrar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University between 2008 and 2012. Clayton then pursued a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Webster University from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their academic background, Clayton has also earned certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in February 2021 and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
