Akram Trabelssi

Akram Trabelssi is an accomplished IT professional with experience in production engineering and IT infrastructure support. Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Cloud Temple since September 2022, Akram handles level 2 incidents while ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Prior to this role, Akram worked at ADACTIM as an IT Infrastructure Support specialist, focusing on monitoring and managing technical incidents with expertise in VMware, Linux, and Windows servers. Akram's career began with positions at DOT TN and various internships, where skills in network administration, virtualization, and telecommunications were developed. Educated at CSFTK with a BTS degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, as well as a Baccalauréat in technology from Lycée Houmt-souk Djerba, Akram has a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of IT systems.
