Hugues Siaud

Hugues Siaud boasts extensive experience in IT management and system engineering. Currently serving as Responsable de production at Cloud Temple since June 2018, Hugues manages seven squads comprising Service Delivery Managers, Site Reliability Engineers, and production engineers. Prior roles at Cloud Temple include ITIL Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager, focusing on project oversight, contractual management, and incident response. Previously, Hugues worked at FedEx Express from November 2010 to June 2018 as an Ingénieur système, implementing database solutions and high-availability setups. Before this, Hugues contributed at Grands Moulins de Paris in various technical roles, enhancing deployment tools and network security. Hugues holds a Master 1 in system and network administration from Université Thalès and a DEUST in software and network maintenance from Université Henri Poincaré.
