Leah Kucera

Leah Kucera has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Leah worked as a Geographic Information System Specialist at Adapture Renewables, Inc. in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Freelance Information Designer at USDA, where they collaborated with staff scientists to create infographics on plant breeding, some of which were featured in a journal article. Leah also worked as a Freelance Front-End Web Designer at Cloud to Street, revamping their website and sales materials using various software tools. Leah served as the Communications and Outreach Manager at COASTAL QUEST, where they developed a communications plan and coordinated with subcontractors. Leah Kucera completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Earth Science and Communications Design from Washington University in St. Louis, from 2010 to 2014. Leah later pursued a non-degree seeking Masters in Earth and Atmospheric Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, starting in 2019. The end year for their master's degree is not specified.
