Riku Närhi

Riku Närhi has diverse work experience in the field of IT. Riku is currently working as a Cloud Architect at Cloud2 Oy since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Solita as a Senior Cloud Service Specialist from December 2021 to June 2022 and as a Cloud Service Specialist from June 2020 to December 2021. Before Solita, Riku worked as a System Administrator at Medixine Oy from June 2018 to June 2020. Riku also served as an IT Support Staff at Eurokangas from January 2017 to June 2018.

Riku gained experience as an IT Intern at Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2014, where they were responsible for workstation and server upkeep as well as WLAN upkeep. Additionally, they worked as a Rush time helper at Tilitoimisto Ylitervo Ky from June 2008 to August 2013, performing paper archiving, data input, and excel table planning. In 2013, Riku also had an internship at SFDATA, where they contributed to a programming project and deployed the Debian operating system.

Riku Närhi completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, from the year 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In August 2020, they earned the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). Later, in February 2022, Riku achieved the certification of Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate. Lastly, in November 2022, they earned the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate.
