Nima Foroughi

Nima Foroughi has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. nima started their career as an IT Help Desk and Network Technician at Parsonline IDC, where they provided technical support to students and faculty, resolved complaints, and maintained positive customer relationships. nima then moved on to Tebyan Internet Data Center as a Network Monitoring Technician, where they provided IT support to multiple offices, developed infrastructure inspection plans, and detected and resolved security issues such as DDOS attacks. After that, they joined Carry Telecom as an Associate Security Analyst, where they provided technical support to customers, monitored network traffic, conducted penetration testing, and reduced false positives in the SOC team. Currently, Nima works at Cloud5 Communications as an Associate IT Admin, where they are responsible for onboarding/offboarding tasks, scripting in PowerShell for automation, enhancing endpoint security, troubleshooting VPN and connectivity issues, and providing security analysis and monitoring of the technology infrastructure.

Nima Foroughi's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shamsipour Technical and Vocational University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012.
