Richard Mechelke

Richard Mechelke, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard currently works as a Product Manager at Cloud5 Communications since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Product Manager at Stenograph from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2019, Richard worked at Teletrac Navman as a Global Product Launch Manager. In this role, they played a key role in creating the product launch process and tools and successfully led the launch of the Electronic Logging (ELD) product, exceeding revenue goals.

As a Manager of Technology Products at JLL in 2015-2016, Richard led a rebranding project and collaborated with the SharePoint team to enhance platform performance.

From 2013 to 2015, Richard held the position of Senior Manager of Product Management & Development at First Communications. Richard developed product strategies, drove product and revenue growth, and led the company rebranding.

In 2013, Richard worked as a Product Manager at iSirona, LLC, where they managed product releases and directed R&D activities with the Agile Software Development Methodology.

At Rauland-Borg from 2011 to 2013, Richard served as a Product Manager II in Healthcare Communications. Richard wrote market and product requirements, conducted market research, and created business cases.

Between 2007 and 2010, Richard worked as a Product Manager at Primex Wireless. Richard was involved in business case creation, product marketing collateral, and software and hardware product development.

Richard's earlier experience includes working at Norlight Telecommunications in various roles such as Product Manager, Manager of Installation Services, Manager of the Network Management Center, and Network Management Center Technician.

Richard also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of DeAngelo's Deli from 2003 to 2005.

Richard Mechelke earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organization and Leadership from Marquette University, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. Richard also pursued additional education at Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2002, focusing on the CCNP Curriculum of Building Scalable Cisco Networks (Advanced Routing). Furthermore, Richard obtained knowledge in Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices (CCNA) through Global Knowledge in 2002. Richard augmented their education in the field of telecommunications by acquiring advanced skills in the Northern Telecom OC48 Sonet System (Fiber Optic Transmission System) from Bellcore in 1998 and in the Tellabs Titan 5500 3/1 Digital Cross-connect System from Tellabs in 1996. Richard Mechelke completed their education at Cardinal Stritch University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 2013.
