Stephen Goguen

Stephen Goguen has over 15 years of experience as a Training Manager. Stephen started their career at Sitel Group in 2005, where they were responsible for managing and coaching the training team. Stephen communicated with clients regarding training, scheduling, and operational performance. Stephen also facilitated classes for new hires and provided recurrent training to experienced agents. In 2020, they joined Cloud5 Communications as a Training Manager.

Stephen Goguen's education history includes attending NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) from 1997 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, Stephen attended the University of New Brunswick from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Business Administration and Management, but did not complete a degree in this field.
