Jack Regan

Global Head of Client Services at Cloud9 Technologies

Jack Regan has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, beginning with a Desktop Support role at Capita in 2005. In 2006, they joined Newedge as a Senior IT Engineer and provided support for front-end trading systems, desktop applications, and bespoke in-house software and hardware. In 2011, they joined Solo Capital Partners LLP as IT Service Desk/Infrastructure and Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for service delivery, external vendor/supplier relationships, and complete infrastructure management. In 2012, they moved to Solo Group Services LTD as Group IT - Service Desk and Delivery Manager, where they were accountable for the delivery of end-to-end infrastructure solutions and managing a team of technical specialists. In 2016, they became self-employed, offering consultancy services to personal clients involved in new business launches, website production, and social media advertising. Finally, in 2018, they joined Cloud9 Technologies, LLC as Global Head of Client Services.

Jack Regan attended Coopers Technology College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Information Technology.
