Katie Bodell

Katie Bodell is the current Chief Operating Officer at Cloudbakers, a position they have held since November 2016. Prior to their current role, Katie served as Vice President of National Accounts at Staff Management | SMX from January 1993 to December 2008, where they were responsible for hiring, building, and leading a national sales team, increasing revenue and expanding the company's footprint to new sites. Katie also created and implemented new processes for managing sales growth through focused strategic account planning, proactive client relationship management, and marketing new business offerings.

Under Katie's leadership, the company saw a 15% year-over-year increase in revenue on a $150 million base, 100% retention of National Accounts, and 100% retention of Sales Team members. Staff Management | SMX was the leader in providing high volume customized staffing solutions.

Prior to their role as Vice President of National Accounts, Katie served as the National Account Director from 2002-2006, during which time they increased revenues by 112% and the number of new sites by 160%. Katie also received the 2005 Strategic Award for Client Relations. From 1998-2002, Katie served as the Director of Business Solutions and was consistently exceeding sales goals.
