Ayleigh Farquharson has extensive work experience in marketing, specifically in the technology industry. Ayleigh is currently working as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Cloudbeds, a rapidly growing technology partner for the hospitality industry. In this role, Ayleigh is responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns to support the growth and success of the company's global customer base.
Prior to their current position, Ayleigh worked at AppDirect, a subscription commerce platform, where they held various roles over a period of six years. Ayleigh started as a Marketing Intern in September 2015 and eventually progressed to the role of Marketing Associate, Senior Marketing Associate, and Marketing Manager, focusing on content campaigns and demand generation.
Additionally, Ayleigh served as a Co-Producer for the Decoding Digital Podcast, a role they held from September 2020 to May 2021. In this position, they contributed to the production and management of the podcast, which explores various aspects of the digital world.
Throughout their career, Ayleigh has demonstrated a strong understanding of marketing strategies and has gained valuable experience in campaign management, content creation, demand generation, and podcast production.
Ayleigh Farquharson attended Concordia University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing Co-op. In 2015 and 2016, they also pursued a certificate in Photoshop at Concordia University. Before attending university, from 2011 to 2014, they completed their Diploma of Collegial Studies in Social Science- Mathematics Profile at CEGEP - John Abbott College.
In terms of additional certifications, Ayleigh obtained a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in July 2020, as well as an Inbound Methodology certification from the same institution in October 2019.
