Dustin Pence has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dustin is currently the VP of Customer Success at Cloudbeds, where they simplify the hospitality management process for clients and connects people in the travel industry. Before their current role, they served as the Director of Customer Success at the same company, overseeing the development and implementation of their software.
Prior to joining Cloudbeds, Dustin worked at Widen Enterprises as the Director of Customer Success, leading teams that provided a range of services to their global customer base. Dustin also held the position of Head of Professional Services and Customer Experience Management, ensuring the success of customer service and account management. Earlier in their career at Widen Enterprises, they served as a Customer Experience Manager, managing customer relationships and facilitating implementation projects.
Before joining Widen Enterprises, Dustin worked at Madison College in various roles, including Senior Systems Information Analyst and Enrollment Center Coordinator.
Dustin'swork experience also includes prior activities and experience in various sectors, including nonprofits and travel, as well as pursuing different majors at multiple colleges and universities.
Dustin Pence obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they attended from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Santa Fe College, where they studied from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Dustin has obtained several certifications including Forrester Customer Experience Pro (CX-I) from Forrester in September 2019, Prosci Change Practitioner from Prosci in January 2019, Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Three (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing in February 2016, and JIRA Software Administrator from Atlassian in April 2015.
