Gianfrancesco Zuliani began their work experience in 2016 as a Realtor at Gian Zuliani Imóveis where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined CloudBeds as a Customer Coach, helping hoteliers and hosts streamline their operations using the company's software. Gianfrancesco then progressed to the role of Onboarding Coach in 2020 and later became a Customer Success Manager in 2021.
