Juan Sebastián Riaño Paipilla

Juan Sebastián Riaño Paipilla has a varied work experience in different roles and industries. Juan Sebastián started their career as an HR Trainee at GLORIA Thalasso & Hotels in 2016, where they gained experience in candidate selection, database management, and conducting interviews. Juan Sebastián also assisted in the training and development of interns.

In 2017, Juan Sebastián worked as an Executive Events Coordinator at JW Marriott, focusing on business development and customer satisfaction in the events and group segment. Juan Sebastián served corporate clients from various industries such as government, telecommunications, and technology.

Later in 2017, Juan Sebastián joined HotelRevenue.com as a Revenue Analyst. Juan Sebastián was responsible for daily occupancy analysis, long-term forecasting, pricing decisions, and updating rates in the Channel Manager. Juan Sebastián also conducted regular meetings with clients to discuss performance results.

In 2018, Juan Sebastián transitioned to My Revenue as a Revenue Manager. Juan Sebastián continued to analyze market conditions, set prices, and optimize revenue for the hotel. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Revenue Manager, further enhancing their expertise in revenue management.

In 2020, Juan Sebastián joined OutPLEX as a Customer Service Agent and later took on the role of Quality Assurance Quality Control. In these positions, they focused on providing excellent customer service and ensuring quality standards were met.

Juan Sebastián's most recent work experience is with Hotel 101 Park House Suites & Spa, where they served as a Revenue Manager from 2020 to 2022. Here, they managed revenue strategies and contributed to the financial success of the establishment.

Presently, Juan Sebastián is working at Cloudbeds as an Onboarding Coach, and they have recently been promoted to Senior Onboarding Coach. Juan Sebastián'srole involves assisting with the implementation and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to Cloudbeds' system.
