Noime Tayaban has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Noime began their career as an intern at the Philippine National Bank in 2005. Noime later joined AIG and held various roles, including Customer Service Associate, Business Processing Specialist, and Senior Subject Matter Expert. At AIG, Noime received numerous awards and was recognized as a top performer. Noime also worked as a Freelance Content Creator for VIVA Oomph TV, creating promotional videos for brands. Since 2019, Noime has been working at Cloudbeds, where they started as a Customer Success Manager and later took on additional roles such as Account Optimization Coach and Retention Task Force member. In 2022, Noime founded their own organization called Save Our Planet PH.

Noime Tayaban completed an Associate's degree in Computer System Design and Programming at AMA University from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College in Las Piñas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Banking and Finance. In addition to their educational qualifications, Noime has obtained various certifications, including meeting facilitation, customer service management, Excel desktop usage, LinkedIn profile optimization, confident communication, customer service email writing, problem solving and troubleshooting in customer service, time management while working from home, remote work skills, principles of insurance (LOMA 280), coaching for peak performance, and communicating for leadership success, among others.
