Sílvia Susach

Talent Partner at Cloudbeds

Sílvia Susach began their work experience in 2011 as the President of the Board for the European Youth Parliament España. In this role, they supervised a board of five people and coordinated multiple debating events. Sílvia then joined the International Criminal Court in 2015 as a Legal Assistant, where they conducted legal research on international criminal law and human rights law. Sílvia also worked as a CSR and sustainability consultant for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), promoting sustainability reporting and reviewing elements of organizations' sustainability reports. In 2016, they became a Sustainability Consultant for Lavola. Most recently, they have been working at Cloudbeds, first as a Sales employee, then as a Recruitment Coordinator, and currently as a Talent Partner.

Sílvia Susach obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Sílvia then pursued a Master's degree in Globalisation and Law with a specialization in Human Rights from Maastricht University, which they completed in 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the G4 Exam from the Global Reporting Initiative in 2016, the Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge ESOL Examinations in 2011, and the Diplôme Élémentaire de la Langue Française (B1) from Institut Français in 2010.
