Yusuf Putra has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Yusuf started their career as a Retail Associate at The Body Shop Indonesia in 2004, where they assisted customers in the buying process and handled POS transactions. In 2010, they joined Asia Pulp & Paper as an International Marketing employee, a position they held until 2011. During this time, Yusuf gained experience in marketing in an international context. Following this, they worked as a Flight Attendant for Cathay Pacific Airways from 2011 to 2021. In this role, they provided premium service to customers with diverse backgrounds and developed skills in crisis management and managing people from different cultures. In 2021, Yusuf joined ZEN Rooms as an Account Manager. Yusuf was responsible for building and managing relationships with hotel partners, assisting with onboarding, delivering training on technology solutions, and providing support to clients. Currently, Yusuf is a Quality Assurance Representative at Cloudbeds, where they conduct audits and ensures the quality and consistency of various sales representatives, while utilizing a range of tools to evaluate accounts.

Yusuf Putra attended the London Business School in 2021, where they completed a short course in Brand Management. In 2010, they attended Globe University and studied Managerial Communication. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Yusuf studied at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in January 2023, they obtained a certification in "Getting People to Say Yes through the Power of Persuasion" from LinkedIn.
