Aleksei Volkov is a seasoned Technical Account Manager with extensive experience in technical support and customer engagement across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at CloudBlue, Aleksei supports large enterprise customers by resolving technical issues and managing platform upgrades. Previously, as a Technical Support Operations Manager at Datacom, Aleksei re-established service delivery and implemented various improvements that significantly enhanced customer experience. Aleksei has also held progressive roles in technical management and solutions architecture at companies including Ingram Micro Cloud, Odin, and Parallels, showcasing a strong background in cloud technologies and project management.
