Alan Churley

Alan Churley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alan is currently the Director of Software Engineering at CloudCall since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where they held the positions of Solutions Architect from April 2019 to November 2021 and Consultant, DevOps from June 2018 to April 2019.

Before joining AWS, Alan was a Senior Software Engineer - Front End at Telegraph Media Group from January 2017 to June 2018. Alan also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Front End Software Engineer at Azoomee from March 2016 to December 2016 and May 2015 to February 2016, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Alan worked at News UK in various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Acting Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Front End Developer from October 2014 to May 2015, January 2014 to September 2014, June 2013 to January 2014, and August 2011 to January 2014, respectively. Alan began their career as a Web Developer at Nexum Leisure from June 2007 to January 2008.

Alan Churley completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Loughborough University between 2005 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Brentwood School, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period.
