Elisha Taylor

Elisha Taylor has a diverse background in software testing and support, spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting at Paychex in 2008, Elisha began as an HR Online Advisor, assisting clients with utilizing the eServices website. Elisha then moved on to become an Online Services Technical Support Specialist, providing second-level support for the HR Online client base. Following this, Elisha worked as a Problem Resolution Analyst, conducting thorough root cause analysis and offering mitigation options for client-facing problems. Elisha then transitioned to a Software Test Engineer II position, participating in Agile team standards, executing functional and regression testing, and collaborating with various teams for valid testing.

In 2016, Elisha joined Brand Networks as a Software Test Engineer, primarily focusing on manual testing of software applications used for advertising campaigns on social media platforms. Elisha tested applications for Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter.

Most recently, Elisha worked at CloudCheckr as a Senior Software Quality Assurance & Automation Engineer. Elisha played a key role in transitioning to an automation engineer, working with robot framework for automated testing. Additionally, Elisha contributed to creating and enhancing automated functional regression test suites. Throughout Elisha's work at CloudCheckr, they were recognized as a leader in the quality space and took on additional projects.

Prior to Elisha's career in software testing, they held positions at Wegmans Food Markets as a Prepared Foods, Deli team member, and at Finger Lakes Community College as an Evening Administrator and Senior Computer Lab Aide.

Elisha's work experience demonstrates a progression from manual testing to automation engineering, as well as a strong track record of leadership and training within the quality assurance field.

Elisha Taylor attended Finger Lakes Community College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained an A.S. degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a field of study in American History. Prior to attending college, Elisha also attended Naples Central School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Elisha has obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in July 2020.
