Jonathan Maleki

Jonathan Maleki has over a decade of experience in IT, with a focus on infrastructure solutions and support. Jonathan currently holds the position of Senior Infrastructure Solutions Engineer at CloudCoCo Plc. Before joining CloudCoCo, they worked at IDE Group as a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Engineer and Systems Escalation Engineer. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at SOUTHERNS LIMITED. Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage staff and complete projects to the highest standards. Jonathan has also served in technical support roles, such as Technical Support Analyst and 2nd Line Support Technician, at Styles&Wood Group PLC. In these roles, they were involved in various infrastructure projects, including server installations, migrations, virtual infrastructure expansion, and mobile device management deployment. Jonathan's experience and skills make him a valuable asset in the IT industry.

Jonathan Maleki obtained their HND in Multimedia from South Trafford College, where they pursued a Professional Development Certificate in Multimedia from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in June 2022, and the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2021.
