Lydia Benham, who goes by She/Their pronouns, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

One of their recent positions was as the COO at CloudContactAI, a company focused on enhancing communication in businesses by offering personalized messaging services for both customer service and internal connectivity. Their tenure at CloudContactAI started in March 2023 and is ongoing.

Prior to that, from November 2020 to March 2023, Lydia worked as the Host of Confident Parent Coach Podcast at Whole Modern Parent. Lydia also served as the Co-Founder of Whole Modern Parent + WMP Collective during the same time frame. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, Lydia attended the University of Oklahoma, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. In addition to their formal education, Lydia also holds a TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certification, which they obtained from the International Tefl and Tesol Training in January 2008.
