Allan Brenes

Allan Brenes is a seasoned Information Technology manager with extensive experience in support team leadership, customer satisfaction, and crisis management. Currently serving as Senior Frontline Manager at Cloudera since March 2020, Allan has a background that includes roles at Cisco Networking Academy as both Frontline Manager and Instructor, delivering training in CCNA, CCNP Switch, and Linux + curricula. Previously, Allan held the position of Support Delivery Manager at Akamai Technologies and Technical Support Manager at Cisco TAC, where responsibilities included managing support teams and enhancing customer experience. Additional roles include Coordinador Académico at Universidad Cenfotec and technical support positions at Hewlett-Packard and BetCris. Allan holds an undergraduate degree in General Legal Studies from Universidad de Costa Rica and an associate's degree in Networking from Cisco Networking Academy.
