Arun Thangamani

Arun Thangamani is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in distributed systems architecture. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Cloudera since February 2019, Arun has previously held roles such as Senior Architect at Hortonworks and Software Architect at ADP/CDK-Global. Arun's career began at Yahoo as a Software Engineer and includes positions at Monsanto, Caliper, and in academia as a Research Assistant. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, along with two Master's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and Missouri University of Science and Technology, respectively.
