Christian Peters

Christian Peters is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Operation Engineer at Cloudera since November 2019, Christian previously held the position of Senior Customer Operations Engineer. Prior to Cloudera, Christian worked as a Datacenter Specialist at Metro de Santiago S.A., overseeing the administration of datacenters for transportation lines and managing the implementation of new equipment. Additionally, Christian has experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Oracle, focusing on hardware support for storage solutions across various platforms, and as a Supervisor at ITBLUE, managing a help desk for IBM Chile’s contract with BHP Billiton. Christian earned a degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from INACAP.
