David Pinto

David Pinto is a Senior Platform Development Solutions Architect at Cloudera since September 2022. Pinto has previously served as Data Architect Fellow and Chief Data Officer at Mavrck from January 2021 to June 2022, and as CTO at GroupHigh from June 2012 to January 2021. Additional roles include Consultant at Ombud in 2011, VP Engineering at Lyzasoft Inc. from February 2008 to January 2011, Consultant at Tech-X Corporation in 2007, and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories from July 2004 to July 2007. Educational qualifications include an MSEE in Signal Processing, Intelligent Information Systems, and Control Systems, a BSCE in Software Engineering and Numerical Analysis, and a BSEE in Applied Mathematics in Signal Processing, all from the University of Florida (2000-2003).
