Neelabh Pant

Neelabh Pant is the Director of Global AI for Retail at Cloudera, spearheading the development and execution of innovative AI strategies to enhance retail operations globally. With a substantial tenure at Walmart Global Tech, Neelabh served as Senior Manager of Data Science, leading a team in advancing financial operations through GenAI capabilities, while also holding positions as Staff Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist, focusing on time series forecasting and operational insights. Earlier experience includes a Data Scientist role at Cognitive Contractors, where Neelabh built predictive models for customer behavior analysis, and an A.I. Neural Network Expert position at Hydrocarbon Reports, where customized models were developed for crude oil price predictions. Neelabh holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Instructor in computer science courses.
