Nidhin Divakaran

Nidhin Divakaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and technical support within the big data ecosystem. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Operations Engineer at Cloudera since January 2019, Nidhin has previously held roles as a Senior and Customer Operations Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Hortonworks from November 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Technical Support Engineer to Associate Technical Support Engineer, and an earlier role at Red Hat as an Associate Technical Support Engineer. Nidhin possesses strong expertise in Hadoop technologies, specifically HDFS and the Hadoop ecosystem components such as Kafka, Spark, and NiFi, alongside significant knowledge of Hortonworks HDP and HDF distributions. Nidhin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Jai Bharath College of Management and Engineering Technology and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune.
