Bikash Sashankar

Bikash Sashankar has accumulated extensive experience at CloudFactory since June 2011, advancing from a transcriptionist to the role of Project Delivery Manager, where management of over 30 team leads and a portfolio of 60 accounts has been key responsibilities. Other roles at CloudFactory included Project Lead, Associate Project Manager, and Workforce Capacity and Training Associate Manager, in which Bikash created competency lessons and conducted over 100 training sessions for a workforce of more than 5000 contractors. Additionally, Bikash contributed to the onboarding process as a CloudSeeder Leader and successfully managed contractor operations. Prior experience includes hosting a weekly radio program at Good News FM and teaching the Nepali language to students from various countries. Bikash holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Patan Multiple Campus.
