Melody Kwong

Melody Kwong is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations across various regions. Currently serving as a People Team Generalist at Cloudflare, Inc. since January 2020, Melody manages roles related to HR business partnering and operations for the APJC region. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant HC Manager at BW Offshore and Regional Manager - HR Operations at Kantar Millward Brown, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions across multiple regions. Melody has also held positions such as Regional Talent Advisor at Kantar Health and People & Culture Executive at Kantar TNS, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. Academically, Melody holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from SHRI Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from RMIT University.
