Felice Ajlouny

Felice Ajlouny (Gibbs) is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as VP, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion at SentinelOne since November 2020. In addition to this role, Ajlouny is an advisor for PeopleTech Talent. Prior experience includes positions such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at TripActions and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at PagerDuty. Ajlouny held various leadership roles at Salesforce, including Senior Director, Recruiting, following the acquisition of MuleSoft, where Ajlouny served as Director of Talent for North America and LATAM. Earlier career experiences include extensive roles at Workday, Salesforce.com, and EMC Corporation, focusing on recruitment across diverse teams and regions. Ajlouny holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Santa Clara University.
