Karen MacLeod, PHR

Karen MacLeod, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Karen started their career at Envisionet in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they were responsible for creating and implementing quality assurance and training strategies. In 2001, they joined Manpower as an Onsite Staffing Specialist, providing HR support and fulfilling seasonal staffing needs. From 2005 to 2008, Karen worked at L-3 Microdyne Outsourcing, Inc. as an Employment Manager and later as an Account Manager, managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery satisfaction.

In 2009, Karen joined Adecco as a Client Program Manager, responsible for meeting client expectations and sourcing candidates for various positions. Karen later took on the role of Direct Hire Sourcer, providing remote support to the recruiting team. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Kelly Services as a Sr Account Talent Manager and later as a Sr Talent Solutions Manager, where they maintained positive client relationships and increased profitability.

From 2015 to 2022, Karen worked at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they handled various HR functions, including labor relations, talent management, policy management, and worker's compensation claims.

Their most recent position is with Cloudforia, where they serve as the Human Resources Manager, starting in 2022.

Karen MacLeod, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Granite State College. Karen attended this college from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maine from 1982 to 1984, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued during this time are unknown. Additionally, Karen MacLeod obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014.
