Val L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career as an Imports Accounts Payable/Receivable Supervisor at Schenker, Inc. / Bax Global in 2004. Val then worked as an Accounts Payable Manager / AP Import Specialist at David's Bridal from 2006 to 2009.

In 2010, Val joined Ryder System, Inc. as a Senior Accountant for a brief period. They then moved to Baxter Healthcare in 2011, where they worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst responsible for financial statement analysis and regional planning.

Val's career continued at Biotest Pharmaceuticals Corporation as a Sr. Accountant-Financial Analyst from 2013 to 2014. They prepared financial statements and performed monthly close procedures. Val then joined Citi as a Finance Business Mgr Analyst - COS/Strategy & Plan SME Finance Tech, where they supported the Latam IT team and later transitioned to the Global Finance Technology and Risk Functions.

From 2017 to 2018, Val worked as an Independent Entrepreneur and Consultant. They then joined Chubb in 2018 as a Financial Home Office Specialist, ensuring financial reports met regulatory standards and requirements.

At Chubb, Val took on additional roles such as VMO IT Latam and VMO Leader Latam. In these positions, they developed and implemented processes, analyzed data, prepared presentations, and supported various business areas globally.

Val's most recent role is as a Project Manager, SharePoint Administrator - Vendor at FedEx, where they manage projects and provide SharePoint administration.

Starting in 2022, Val has transitioned to a new position as a Business Contract Manager at CloudHesive, overseeing contract management.

Throughout their career, Val has demonstrated expertise in finance, project management, analysis, compliance, and process improvement.

Val L. pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration and International Business from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas, starting in 1994 and completing it in 1998. In addition, Val L. obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business in April 2018, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in May 2015, and a certification in Financial and Cost Accounting in May 2012, both from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business.
