Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various technology companies. Mike served as the CFO for Cloudian Inc since 2018, Tegile Systems from 2015 to 2018, and Panzura from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they were the SVP & CFO at Model N from 2010 to 2012. Mike also worked as the CFO for Skybox Security from 2005 to 2010, BackWeb Technologies from 2002 to 2004, Talarian Corp from 1999 to 2002, Enlighten Software from 1991 to 1999, and Software Professionals from 1991 to 1999. Mike started their career as a Manager at KPMG from 1985 to 1991, where they specialized in serving high-tech enterprises, start-up ventures, and high-wealth individuals.

Mike Morgan attended San Jose State University from 1981 to 1984. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Accounting during this time.
