Aneta S.

Aneta S. has extensive HR experience, starting their career as an Executive Assistant at mBank (BRE Bank) from January 2002 to December 2007. Aneta then worked as an Organization Specialist from January 2008 to August 2012, where they executed recruitment processes, organized employee integration activities, and managed learning and development plans. From September 2012 to January 2016, Aneta served as an HR Business Partner at mBank, where they executed HR processes and projects, advised management in development and rewards, and supported retention and engagement programs.

In 2016, they joined Bonair SA as an HR Business Partner and implemented recruitment processes while advising and supporting management in employee cohesion and team building. Aneta then moved to ITMAGINATION in January 2017 as an HR Business Partner and Employee Experience Coordinator, monitoring overall employee satisfaction and managing the employee lifecycle.

Aneta's next role was at Clouds On Mars, where they served as the Head of HR from November 2017 to April 2021, focusing on attracting talent and aligning HR strategy with business goals. Aneta worked closely with the Management Board, co-created the company's strategy, and achieved a high level of employee satisfaction.

More recently, Aneta worked at Engave from October 2021 to June 2022, holding the role of HR Manager and HR Consultant. Aneta then joined Cloudica in June 2022 as the Head of Talent Management.

Aneta S. pursued their tertiary education at the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2010, focusing on the field of Management. Prior to that, they attended The Polish Open University from 2004 to 2008, specializing in Marketing and Advertisement. In November 2013, Aneta obtained a Certificate of Coach from the International Coaching Community.
